From the beginning, the customer service was very helpful and prompt. She answered all of my questions and concerns that made me feel comfortable and felt the sense of honesty. I received the call for the first available date and she walked me through the process. The company and the driver called me in advance for pick day and time, and the driver showed up on time. After 2 days, my daughter received the car in great condition. The transaction was very professional and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely use this company again for my next shipping need.
