Thank you for your review on our company. We apologize that you feel the communication was poor with the driver, but these drivers are on the road all day and sometimes its hard to reach them since they are driving or picking up or unloading cars. We try to inform the customer for status so you can be aware instead of calling the driver so much since we know they are on the road. We will make sure next time there is better communication for you.
