We apologize that the car was not moved in the time you requested. Due to booking the order several months ahead of time, we priced you out at the time of booking the order and within months the prices changed with the route and the drivers. We didn't want to over charge the customer at time of booking, and once it was time to move the car, we gave the customer several options on drivers lined up to do the route and their prices. The customer did not want to confirm any of the drivers in that area or pay more, so we kept trying to see if we could confirm a driver. The customer ended up cancelling the order with us since they did not want to go ahead with any of the drivers we had advised for them. We never charged the customer any money on our end and had worked on their order for free.
