The vehicle was picked up according to the dates the customer requested by the driver assigned " GLP transport". The car was scratched at pick up location where the customer was not at. Pictures and inspection was done by driver to assure damages were fixed properly. The car was taken to a shop to repair and delivered to the customer the next day after it was repaired, still in the timeframe of delivery. There was never no indication from the customer that there was anything of personal belongings in his vehicle, nor was the driver aware of it or advised either. Personal belongings are NOT covered by any drivers while transporting vehicles. The customer was aware of this from our contracts he signed and our email confirmation explaining the the driver's and the Department of transportation's rules and regulations on personal items in any vehicles. The customer is claiming something was stolen from his car, when no one was advised of this item ever being in the vehicle. This review is not adequate accordingly since our company provided the services to this customer and his vehicle was transported by the driver " GLP transport" , NOT State 2 state auto, we are just the broker for this transaction.
