We called the customer to apologize for the drivers delay, but sometimes things happen that cause the driver to be delayed on the road and its out of our control. We also put money towards the drivers portion from our company to compensate on the drivers delay. When we called the customer to see how the delivery went, he had advised us that it had gone great, but later posted this review in regards to his disatisfaction. We even called him again to apologize after all we did to accomodate him for the driver being late.
