We kept in contact with the customer through out his vehicle transport. Once we had the driver confirmed, we advised him of all the information for the driver. We were always in communication with him. The vehicle was picked up exactly when the customer had requested for the pick up dates and there was no delay. The customer aggreed to the driver and the extra money the driver was charging for his load, and none of that was going to our company.
