Bad Experience with State 2 State Broker

Overall, the actual transportation of my vehicles went great. State 2 State hired Bennett Trucking to transport my cars and the driver was very professional. When dealing with actual State 2 State reps, it was different. I was told my pick-up times were confirmed on Aug 4. When Aug 4 came, there was no call from State 2 State on any delays. I had called State 2 State numerous times from mid-July to Aug 3 with no responses to my messages inquiring about whether a driver will call me or if there were any delays.

On Aug 4, I made my final call before cancelling my order with State 2 State when a rep from the Florida office finally contacted me. When dealing with moves, I don't feel calling the customer on the day of the scheduled pick-up and telling him that his cars may or may not be picked-up as scheduled is unprofessional. As a 16 year member of the U.S. military, I would simply not use State 2 State again or advise anyone else to utilize your services. If someone from State 2 State had informed me there will be delays earlier, I would have understood. Not calling the customer until the day of the pick-up is unforgiving.

We kept in contact with the customer through out his vehicle transport. Once we had the driver confirmed, we advised him of all the information for the driver. We were always in communication with him. The vehicle was picked up exactly when the customer had requested for the pick up dates and there was no delay. The customer aggreed to the driver and the extra money the driver was charging for his load, and none of that was going to our company.
