This was the first time I was transporting a vehicle, and didnt know much. I got quotes for alot of transporters,of course I wanted to go with the lowest price but I decided to call a few to ask questions. I was just impressed with the conversation I had with Gilles and then Alina, when I called back with more questions. I ended up going with them, and Im very glad I did. They scheduled my car for pick up the very next day! Through out the whole process, I had great communication with the driver and Alina. I was a little nervous, and neither one minded that I called for updates. I really liked that I was able to call the driver directly. My car got here as scheduled, actually, I few hours early. It had been taken care of, no scratches, no damage. The driver took the time to walk around the vehicle with me and made sure I didnt have any questions. I got a follow up call from Alina to make sure everything was ok. I really couldnt have been more happy. What could have been a stressfull ordeal, went as smooth as could be, and was a great price. I would totally use them again and will refer them to anyone I know needing an auto transport. I am not getting paid for this review, lol, I am just a very very happy and satisfied customer!
