Made agreement 2 month before ship date for Portland to Yuma. Because of prior reviews I followed up with Stars and Stripes as time went along. It was hard to get call backs and/or emails that would give me any accurate info. Then 2 days before ship date I am told that the fellow I had made the arrangements with was no longer with the company. So I get a different person who says they can't pick up the car as scheduled but they can get a driver for $350 more than quoted. Just as the warnings from other people, it was a scam.
