Worst company ever, please save your money. I recieved 4 pick up times starting at 2 pm in the afternoon, to 6 pm then 7 pm, and then finally the car hauler begs me to pick up the car at 830 pm. The drop off and delivery were supposed to be on a Friday 8-23-19...The driver just text me now its Saturday at 1 to 2 PM. My family had been waiting all day for the delivery...thanks for the consideration. I called 3 times today, called stars and sucks twice and finally get a cowardly text at 535pm. Extremely unprofessional. Dispatcher tells me no refunds are offered because "this is the industry". I guess unprofessionalism and not honoring your word and contractual commitment are industry standard.
