THIS COMPANY IS BEYOND HORRIBLE, AND DISHONEST!! Absolutely bait and switch SCAMMERS. They screwed us over even after we'd had an agreement for weeks & quoted $700 total to have my mother's car picked up on Monday Aug 12th (in Rochester NY ) with guaranteed delivery (in Pittsboro NC) on Tuesday Aug 13. Christian "Chris" Baker in dispatch was THE WORST! He never returned any calls, and had ZERO follow-though with anything. Larry in dispatch was also zero help & didn't return any calls either. After dozens of calls to both of them for 2-3 days prior to pickup, we never heard a single word until midday on the day of scheduled pickup when they announced that they could NOT get the car picked up that day after-all, and it'd be two days later and even MORE MONEY. We said "absolutely NOT". Then, lo and behold, at 8 PM some woman called and said they found a driver but the driver now wanted $900 (not $700). We said "HELL NO"! That was not the agreement! They also lied & contradict each other, because one man said "oh it'll be easy to get a driver - that is a popular route", while on the SAME DAY, another person said "oh it's tough route to get someone to do, but we'll try"... DO NOT USE THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY!! We ended up having to go with a completely different plan and move the car ourselves!!
