Upon initial telephone contact they did NOT disclose any cancellation fee!
Yet I was "hounded" for my credit card number to "lock in" the quote, cuz it may change. I told them I wasn't sure of the date, nor was I sure I would need them because my job transfer wasn't confirmed.
Then I have to leave town cuz my Mom was in the hospital. Upon return I found out I my transfer didn't go through yet with my employer, and may never go through.
So with the stress of dealing with my Mom I decided I would stay here, so I'm closer to Mom, than if I did transfer to Las Vegas.
Called to cancel, and was informed of the outrageous $100 fee.
And I was told that they would sue me if I wrote a negative review about them.
Pfft...go ahead, everything I disclosed in this review is "factually" correct.
I recommend finding someone else to transport your vehicle. Ridiculous cancellation fee AND the threat of being sued if you write a negative review, takes them off the list. Shop around you can fo better than these guys, they were actually the highest quote I got after further research.
