John made it clear from the start that he would be working with me and representing ME in the movement of my vehicle. What he said was true. When the driver was asking a price beyond what I had agreed upon with John, I went back to John and asked him to help. He took the cut on his end so that my price would stay the same. He was in consistent contact with me and I knew he would be there for me if any problems arose... which they did not. He was helpful, courteous and professional.
