I would give this company a ZERO if I could.
This guy name Chris (a broker out of MIAMI) for this company gave us a cheap quote to have our vehical transported from one city to the another city. It felt too good to be true but he was the first to call and when he ask for our credit card number and promised it would not be used unless he found a tow truck to accommodate us. In the meantime a more reliable company called us and was able to get a tow truck to help us out immediately. The reliable company never ask for payment until a driver was available.
The first time we called to inform Chris we didn't need his assistance, he stated he would have someone (a dispatcher) call us back to cancel. After an hour, we called Chris and he said someone would call us (basically telling us to be patient). Chris evently calls back himself asking why are we cancelling and why aren't we using this company. We didn't feel it was necessary to explain our reasoning to him. Chris, immediately became a angry and frustrated man and told us he was GOING TO PROCESS OUR CREDIT CARD ANYWAY. We contacted our credit card company and they are waiting on his fraudulent charges.
Do not do business with this company. It's a true rip off. He starts off friendly but once you don't need him, he is one mean person. NOTE: Chris said he had two company, one out of Houston and one out of Miami. Chris claimed to be out of Miami office.
