when I contacted Peter two hours AFTER rescheduling for a later pick up to request the original time be reinstated the driver had already left. Peter called him and asked him to please return for the pick up. In order to do so the driver requested an additional $25. Peter’s company took that $25 from their fee and gave it to the driver JUST TO PLEASE ME.
What more can I say? Their communication is top-notch, their courtesy is above expectations, and their drive (pun intended) to satisfy the customer is unbeatable, not to mention their more than reasonable rates. You cannot go wrong with Peter Palma and Stars and Stripes. Period.
