All I can say IS "STAY AWAY" from this company. They are crooks. They contacted me on June 12th to give me a quote to ship my car. I returned their call and received a quote, which at the time I was satisfied with until I received a better quote with a better company. Details going back:I was told by Chris Baker there would be NO DEPOSIT at that time as we were far from the transporting date of AUGUST 22, 2018. He asked for my credit/debit card number and guaranteed there would be no debit until a dispatcher had been assigned for my transport 24-48 hours before pickup. Bear in mind this is June 12th. When I called back to cancel the order, I was put on hold. When someone else came to the line, I was told he was the manager and that I couldn't cancel the order. He also told me he was going to debit my card for $100 because I cancelled. Bear in mind, this is less than 2 hours after the initial conversation. They hadn't spoken to or contracted a driver yet; quite naturally because it WAS TOO SOON. I tried to speak but he kept cutting me off still stating he was going to take $100 from my bank account whether I liked it or not. When I couldn't get a word in, I hung up the phone, called my bank and told them what happened. I was advised to cancel my card before they could withdraw any money. WARNING: DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR DEBIT/CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!!! What they attempted to do was illegal. I then found out they have a poor rating, bad reviews with credible reporting agencies and desperate for YOUR MONEY. LESSON LEARNED AND IN THE NICK OF TIME.
