I could not have asked for a better experience... after having TERRIBLE prior moving experiences, I had very little expectations coming from Stars and Stripes. I've been lied to, NO show, Bate and switch tactics from other companies in the past- however Julian was a breath of fresh air. Imagine a person who was honest and professional. My stress was alleviated totally. He followed up on the move to see if there were any issues.give this man a raise. His professionalism will allow me to recommend Stars and Strips to others.
