This whole process seems like a sham. This company lines up a transport company and then disappears. They are supposedly not responsible for anything that happens to your car. My starter was damaged in transit for some unknown reason and this company as well as the company they line up for the transport is responsible for anything that happens. The pick up and delivery dates were wrong - each being over a day late each way. They threatened to put my car in storage when I was not available to meet them on their schedule. There was no offer of discount or renumeration when they were late causing a change in my plans.
I chose this company because I thought they had some level of professionalism and competence given what they have a history in transporting. I was disappointed by the lack of follow through and responsibility the take as well as in their choice of transportation company given their poor performance and poor customer service
