This is my second review. Right After I posted the first one I got a call from the company saying that I should delete my post and that they'll be calling me back with someone to pick up my car. It's been 7 days now no one had called nor have I gotten anyone. I called this company everyday every hour on the hour and no-one picks up. I called every number I can find and not one person picks up. When i got their call after I posted the review I questioned them about their location and how many locations they got , the woman couldn't give me the address to the one I was calling instead gave me the west Dixie address. Knowing I called the Hollywood address she said oh no I will look into it. What a fraud. The continued saying that the phone system was down and they had someone working on it as we speak. I believed them and waited for a called. It's day 7 now and not a call. I used a different company and already got my pick up within 3 days. I'm gonna file a fraud claim. Starr relocation SUCKS.
By the way, they read everyone's reviews. And even calls you pertaining to your review but can't call you about your car. Ugh
