We had outstanding customer service from Spot On. Unfortunately, they have no way of knowing what carrier they will get and the one we got was horrible. But, Scott handled it like a pro and gave them a horrible rating and took them off his list of carriers. He also gave me detailed instructions on how to go online and process a complaint against them.

The staff at Spot On is great and very easy to get ahold of, even after hours. I would definitely use them again.
