I called on a Monday asking to have my vehicle picked up on a Friday. The representative stated that he could get it to happen a day earlier so I agree. Thursday comes around, there was no word on the carrier after a phone call. Friday, same thing, no word after a phone call. Finally Saturday comes around and I call them again.
I spoke with the same guy I've been speaking with for 3 days, he sounds like he just got out of bed and I can't make out what he's saying most of the time. He tells me that the carrier that was scheduled to pick up my vehicle was off for the weekend. To make things short, I canceled the transport and decided to go with a different company. What a waste of my time.
