Everything was great until I got a call from the driver saying they needed cash. The car originally showed up early by one day and on the weekend. I was under the impression that my credit card would be charged for the balance due at confimation of delivery. Instead the driver kept the car for a few more days and I had to arrange for cash which is not easy to do on the weekend. I would have been perfectly happy to pay an extra $45 at the time of the original delivery on my credit card, but instead they kept my car for an extra 3 days and charged $250 extra. I understand the inconvenience for both parties due to the mis communication involved and I may have been partially responsible for inot having heard correctly that cash was required on the delivery end, but I would have rather just paid an extra processing fee than be charged $250 extra and have to wait an extra 3 days to get my car. In addition the time the driver gave was not very accurate, both on the original estimate and on the second delivery attempt which meant we had to wait around twice to get my car.
