We contracted Speedy Auto Transport to transport my niece car from El Paso to Houston and we accepted to buy an insurance within the package. Speedy has a horrible service. It was late and not on time which compelled my niece to stay one night in the hotel. Speedy did not offer to compensate her for the delay. In addition, when the car arrived the roof of the car was damaged. The driver admitted in writing his error. We filed a claim for reparation, SPEEDY did not come back to us since. Brook the person in charge never worked on our claim. We called them x times, they never returned the call, we called the insurance, the later has informed us that the insurance policy expired long time ago. We are suffering since 6 months. We called its headquaters or its agent in Kissimmee, the representative, under the name of Paul, promised to come back to us but we never heard from him since. THIS IS JUST A RACKETEERING BUSINESS. Avoid it!
