THis by far has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have shipped cars aand bikes for over 15 years and I have never run into such incompetence in my life! Sent out the wrong quote and never informed anyone that they have a problem with their computer and refused to honor the quote. Talked with Jason after several emails and 3 phone calls without any returned.
Jason promised pickup in the next two days after the original shipping dates had come and gone without any contact from him at all. Finally talked with Brian the manager after two more phone calls and he explained that the computer sends out the wrong price and if I had not called I would have never known that the truck would have never been picked up. After refusing to honor the quote I asked what the price should have been, just for grins and he quoted $140 more.
When told that he entered into a legally binding contract and refused to honor it he blamed Jason and said it was not his fault and blamed the computer.
DO NOT deal with this company for any reason.
I would not ship a bucket of crap with Speedy even if they paid me!!!
