A family member came to visit from Rochester, NY to my home, Bronx, NY and his car just stop working. He needed his car to be transported to his home. I contacted this company and they said I should get a confirmation in a few min. I waited all day and did not receive any confirmation. Call them numerous of times and stated that the car was parked outside in busy street and I would recieve tickets if the car was not picked up at the lasted, the next day. They placed me on hold for 15 min. and then when I called back to speak to someone, I told them I wanted to cancel and they hung up on me. Called back again and it went straight to voicemail. I decided that enough was enough, so I went with another company and the company said that the car was still on central dispatch and Speedy Auto Transport would have to take the vehicle off in order to put the new order in. Called Speedy and they said it was taken off but when I called the new company I went with, they said that I'm being lied to because the vehicle was still on central dispatch. This company as a group of immature people working for them, who take advantage of people's emotions and fill them with false hope. They have lousy customer service and are the rudest people I have ever encountered in my life.
