i will never ever go through this living nightmare again never answered any of my calls or emails oh once and that was it no communication skills what so ever never cared very insensitive it left me in shock.i left numerous voice mails emails in a mere panic this man blew me away with lack of communication to keep me assured of the vehicles safety no way what a living horror
