This was a horrible shipping experience. I used Fox Auto as my initial contracter who hired Speed Auto (Also called Enridan Auto) to pick up and deliver my vehicle.
The driver of the Truck (Luis Gastell) picked up my car from Phoenix on August 25th and told me that my car would arrive in Orlando by the 1st of September (which is when i was to be in Orlando).
I call Luis on august 31st to verify drop off on the 1st and he says he will "call me tomorrow". When I don't hear from him on the 1st, I call him and get his voicemailbox which is full so I can not leave a message. Neither myself or Fox Auto could get a hold of anyone from Speed or Enridan auto.
On September 3rd a woman calls me claiming to be the driver's wife. She says that luis (the driver) has been in an accident and that my car is fine and that it will be delivered when they can get a new truck. I asked why she was calling me and not someone who actually worked for the company. She could not give me any information about the company and only said that the owner of the company was out of the country.
On September 8th I got a phone call from Enrico who says he is the owner of Speed/ Enridan auto. He says my car should arrive by September 10th at the latest.
I call Enrico on the 10th to find out what time my car will be delivered and he says he will talk to the driver and call me back.
Enrico DOES NOT call me back. I cannot get a hold of him for several days and his voicemailbox is full.
On the 12th, I call Enrico and a woman answer the phone. She will not give me information on my car or the company and does not know where Enrico is. I tell her to have him call me when he gets back in the office.
Enrico does not call me back. I continue to call him and finally get a hold of him on the 14th. He tells me that the new truck delivering my car broke down and doesn't know when it will be fixed. He also tells me that the money order i had will not work and that I can only pay in cash now. I tell him that this is frustrating because i do not have a car to get to the bank. He doesn't care. He promises to call me tomorrow to let me know about my car.
On the 15th I call Enrico during my lunch break. He says he will call me back in 15 minutes. He DOES NOT call me back and I cannot get a hold of him. His voicemailbox is still full.
That night I decide to call the original driver, Luis, to see if he has any info on my car. I call him from a blocked number and, sure enough, he answers and says that he will be driving my car. I am confused because i was told he was in the hospital for an accident. He said he was out of the hopsital over a week ago and is fine. He says the truck that broke down had been fixed that weekend and he wasn't sure why Enrico wasn't calling me back.
On the 16th a NEW driver from a different company calls me to tell me they are delivering my car that evening. I am very confused because Luis said he was delivering my car. The new driver does not know what is going on but he has my car.
I finally recieve my car that evening.
There are more frustrating details to this but this review does not allow me room to put everything in. In short DO NOT USE SPEED AUTO OR ENRIDAN AUTO EVER!!!!!!!!!!
