They picked up our car 1 day late. Beth told us it would be a 4 day transit time. Car leaves Wednesday, we got a phone call on Saturday that the car was in California then we heard nothing from the driver for 3 days even though we called repeatedly and left messages. Finally, the car showed up at 10:30 pm on Tuesday. Our 2nd car we shipped with them took 10 days. Beth had told us 4. Steer away...
