PLEASE AVOID!!! POOR SERVICE!!!

This company was the carrier for my car transport from NY to CA, which was supposed to take 7-10 days and ended up being 13 days.

I had a bad feeling right from the start of dealing with them. I had to constantly call them since they had not contacted me prior to my car pickup. When the carrier picking the car up responded, he told me he would call me again the day of to set a time, rather than giving me a specific time that date (am I supposed to wait at home all day?!). When they finally picked up my car, I was told it would arrive on day 10-11. I waited for a call, which of course, never came. I called them on day 11, and they told me that it would arrive on day 12 (again, no specific time). I called them again late afternoon of day 12, and was told that their truck was in the shop and I would not get it delivered until day 13. Thankfully I did not need the car yet, but I expected an apology at least, and all I got were excuses!! Their main number was also disconnected! (seriously? what kind of company is this?) and their second number constantly had a full voice mailbox, and always took 30 tries before someone picked up. On top of all this, the delivering driver got lost because the gps gave him the wrong directions (to the right address), and when he arrived he was pissed off and demanded a tip because it took him "hours" to get there!

I was appalled at THEIR terrible customer service. I was quoted a reasonable price to them through the broker company I used, but if I had to do this all over, I would hands down pay more to avoid this stressful experience and horrible service!!
