I called March 11 and requested a pickup sometime during the week of March 14. It was very important for me to have this rush service. The pickup time was promised on March 17 with delivery on March 18. It was important that I knew the exact day it was to be picked up to enable me to drive from Knoxville, TN to Kittanning, Pa. to put a new battery in the car and to get it running. Don, Amy, and Chris kept me informed, picked up the car on the day promised, and delivered the car the next day with no damage. I was a little nervous since this was my first auto move and the car was my mother's pride and joy when she was alive. I could not have been more pleased with their service and I would highly recommend them!
