Great Broker, Rotten Transporter

When I checked the reviews I was impressed with Specialty Mobile Systems ratings. Natasha was very helpful in booking the transport and my car was even picked up early. When I called Specialty, someone always returned my calls. Believe me when the transport hit the 2 week mark I called alot.
Even though the broker was excellent the carrier STUNK, Fleming Auto Transporting out of North Carolina. I have never seen a truck break down so many times. If you book with Specialty make sure Fleming doesn't transport your car if you expect it to be delivered on time.
I have transported several cars and have yet to find a reliable transporter. Their is a BIG differance between a broker and a transporter. In this case the broker was great but what mattered was the transported, the worlds worst.
