I did some research on auto shippers, and after going to the BBB website, I decided to go with SMS. I was very satisfied with their service. American Auto Transportation picked up my car on 1/28/05 in MA during the three hour window that they indicated, and it was delivered on 2/7/05 in WA in the five hour window that they indicated. There were no problems with the car upon inspection, and I drove away a satisfied customer. My telephone interaction with SMS was good. If I wasn't able to speak with someone directly, they were good about calling back. The inconveniences included having to go to Kinko's to fax my order to them (which was one more thing I didn't want to deal with while I was packing up to move across the country), and then having to get a money order when my car was delivered. But other than that, a very satisfactory experience. I would recommend SMS.
