You need not read any further; this company is the BEST! They're at the top of this rating site for good reason... THEY DELIVER! Refreshing to know that in this day and age where service seems to be laughable just about everywhere that there's a company that really does provide it as advertised. The irony of my experience is that I didn't do my homework before I booked the move and wasted ten days getting jerked around by AMERICAN AUTO TRANSPORTERS of Canton, MA. Big mistake! Never deal with these guys-you'll regret it. The pick up date came and went before I decided to cancel with those crooks and start all over again. I then discovered this website and found SMS at the top of the rating list. Dee booked the order and assured me there would be NO surprises; and there were none. The contract was brokered to COASTAL EXPRESS of Chazy NY The car was picked up on time at which point the driver phoned me to tell me it was in transit and would be at it's destination ON TIME - which it was. Needless to say I was very satisfied. And the car was NOT damaged. Thanks SMS; you guys ROCK !!
