This was my second time moving a vehicle across the country. The first time I used Dependable Auto Shippers and was very disappointed. My car was nearly 2 weeks late and I had to call every day to try to find out what was happening so I was dreading having to transport a vehicle again. I saw the high ratings Specialty Mobile Systems received through this review board and decided to give them a call. When I did, I found out what it was like to work with real professionals. I was trying to coordinate packers, movers and flights for myself and two cats so timing was everything. I called Dee a week before I was scheduled to fly out and even on short notice, she was able to find a driver to handle my move. The driver, Charles, called to ask if he could pick up the car early since I was "off the beaten path" so to speak. He picked up my car on Monday evening and delivered it to my new home as promised on the following Tuesday morning. Other than being a bit dusty, the car was delivered in perfect condition. The dust was not unexpected given the fact that the vehicle was transported on an open carrier across the country in February!

Although Specialty Mobile was NOT the least expensive, previous experience had taught me that "you get what you pay for"! I would not trust my vehicle to anyone other than Specialty Mobile in the future. They helped make my third (and final!) cross-country move as painless as possible.
