This transport was our first experience of having a car shipped. We live in a ski town and winter weather was an issue. The dispatcher gave us the driver's name and cell phone number which allowed us to stay in direct contact prior to pick up and throughout the trip across the country. The driver, Johnny Wheeler was exceptional and totally diligent and made an extrodinary effort by delivering the car in great shape and two days ahead of schedule. The price seemed reasonable considering the alternative of having to personally drive the car and the return air travel. The whole experince was hassle free.
