I was at first impressed with this company and believed that the high cost would be worth the assurance of a stress free transport. They were not up front about using other carriers and contracting out their work, rather than having their own trucks. We stressed the importance of our arrival date and were very flexible on our pick up date. Someone called saying they had a driver who could pick up on the 18th and deliver the 26th even though we made it very clear that our car had to arrive the 29th (as we not be there yet). They said they would wait for another driver, but then called back insisting that we go with this one and they will work out the delivery date with them. Car is picked up and driver says they had been told it was an SUV not a compact. Also, he was very unprofessional. We arrive as planned in CA and wait all day to hear about our car. We have to call and find out that our car will not be delivered for two more days and is being stored in a lot not affiliated with the company. After calling several people and demanding our car be delivered to us that night, the driver calls up, upset that we had caused such uproar, and says that his boss can not find our keys and he is not available to go get them, etc. We were fed so many excuses then finally granted delivery at 10 pm that evening. Also, our car was covered in oil.
