Moving two cars from NY to CA by Specialty Mobile systems

Specialty mobile was arranged by my home relocation service. I wanted to move two cars –Subaru impresa-2010 and Prius 2007 from NY to CA. I was very skeptical and was certain that it would not be a pleasant experience, having assumed that the logistics involved created plenty of opportunities for things to go wrong. Amy from Specialty Mobile called me and it was a very pleasant and a very friendly conversation. Amy arranged for a pick up date and the paperwork was a breeze. The evening before the pick up I was called by the driver from GTI carriers who I believe were sub-contracted from Specialty Mobile. The drive was very friendly and very flexible is setting up a time. He came right on time, quickly loaded up the Subaru and was off in about 20 minutes.
With the Prius, there was some confusion. I was not sure if the driver had confirmed the pick up time so I called GTI carriers. The lady at the other end was very rude and un cooperative. Nevertheless, I had my questions answered. Again, the driver came right on time and was off in about 20 minutes.
Delivery was within 4 days( NY to CA!) and saved me the rental. Both the drivers were very flexible and cooperative in setting up drop off location and time. Drop off was prompt and done in about 20 minutes. The cars were full of dirts from the cars above but I think it was un-avoidable.
Overall a very good experience!
