I was very anxious about having my car transported. I have not had this service before. I was on a time limit and I needed a certain day for pick-up. Dee went out of her way to insure the date I needed was availiable. Pick-up went without problems. Harry at Pioneer Auto Express kept me informed and I could call him if I had questions. Steve the driver kept me informed. The car arrived 2 days before the scheduled delivery date! Except for being a little dirty, everything went perfectly! I would certainly use SMS again! Thank all of you for your great customer service!
