The quote was about average compared to other companies, so I went with them because of their rating here. I was contacted immediately by Dee to set up the order, however by the time I got back to her, it was late Friday afternoon and she was gone. However, the owner (Don?) answered the phone and sent my order up right away since I needed to move the car in a week, even before we finalized the deposit transaction. By Monday, they had secured a Carrier to pick up the car by the end of the week. The carrier was actually early (Thursday), and delivered my car on Monday early morning (5:45 a.m.), without incident and even dirt on the car. I didn't really need to deal with SMS after my original setup, and the carrier was very good that they got for me.
