My concern with shipping a vehicle was every site states there is a 14 day window to pick up my car. I needed my car until the last two days. Specialty worked with me and tried hard to get a pick up on my time schedule. I was lucky to have someone leaving the area on the first day, so this may not work out for everyone.
Also, when I was getting stressed over moving accross the country, a quick response to my e-mail eased my worries on the process. I just wanted to understand when I would be contacted about the pick-up as my move date was quickly approaching and with no information. Specialty explained they can not give me the information until the contract is signed out. Then a few days later they called letting me know who the pick-up guy was. And the next day the pick up guy called. Great communication.
