Transaction was honest and accurate. Pick-up and delivery dates were as stated. They were available, responsive, helpful and proactive. I came to Specialty Mobile a bit desperate needing my car picked within a few days after I had been misled by another company. I had wasted five days with this OTHER company waiting on a driver that did not exist as I came to find out my contract" was still sitting unclaimed on the "board". I felt like Specialty Mobile was truly emphatic and worked even harder to take care of me because of my experience with this other company. I am greatly appreciative and highly recommend.
