I was struck by how professional and nice it was to deal with Specialty. Dee was very personable, and when a question arose from confusion on the part of the Trucker, they gave me a personal cell phone number, and insisted I use it if the confusion was not resolved before the trucker arrived.

They had taken care of the confustion before the truck arrived, and I had nothing but praise for the entire process.

Be aware that the Truckers will try to insist that the car is TOTALLY EMPTY. After some economic negotiations, you seem to be able to get them to take SOME of the stuff. If you plan to put anything in your car, negotiate this in advance with the carrier! Specialty is an agent, and hires the carrier on your behalf.

Specialty is a company that I would recommend highly and use again without hesitation.
