From the beginning Speciality Mobile staff was courteous and friendly. When I explained I needed a specific pick-up date for my motorcycle Specialty Mobile worked with me to alleviate that stress. I did paid a bit extra since the truck was re-routed to accommodate me but, that can be expected. There was a personal touch (not just another number) that I did not experience other companies I contacted. They were one time, kept in contact, and overall were professional. I felt confident from the beginning my motorcycle would arrive safe and sound and it did. I would recommend this company to others.
