I choose SMS as my carrier for cross country transportation. The day my vehicle purchase was completed, I called SMS to give them my details and requested pickup the following day. SMS contacted me a couple of hours later and had a carrier that could pick up the car the next day, and gave me an estimated time of arrival. The driver picked up the car on time, and contacted me about 6 hrs. before he expected to arrive at my destination. We agreed to meet at an appropriate place for the driver to unload the car, and the driver was there within 30 minutes of his expected arrival. He unloaded the cars quickly and encouraged me to inspect the car for as long as I wanted. Everything went very smoothly and quickly. I was on my way, and driving my car about 30 minutes later. The whole experience was very professional.
