My experience with Speciality Mobile Systems was great. My wife and I were scheduled to depart Maryland on Oct. 14 and arrive in San Antonio on the 18th. We had a 10-day window for the pick-up, which started on Oct. 3. Since we were driving another car to Texas, we were concerned that the car to be picked up might be delivered before we arrived. I explained our situation to Dee, the Specialty Mobile System representative, who was very nice and informative. As things turned out, the car was picked up on Oct. 13, the day before we left. The auto transport driver (Scott M., with Blevins Auto Transport) was great. He called on the 13th to let us know when he would arrive for the pick-up. The pick-up went smoothly. We left on Oct. 14 and arrived in San Antonio on the 18th, about 3:00 PM. The driver, Scott, called us about 7:00 PM that evening to let us know he would deliver the car around 9:00-10:00 PM. He delivered the car to our hotel around 10:00 PM. My thanks to Dee, who helped make the arrangments; and to Scott, the driver, who kept us informed and made a timely delivery. My thanks to everyone involved. You were great.
