SMS was very responsive when i first called them and after i sent in the order request. they called me to confirm the order request and a few days later to say they had a carrier assigned to me. both SMS and the driver called me, so very responsive. they assigned my car to A Class Carriers, Inc. it was door-to-door pickup, but they didn't drive the truck door-to-door. instead 2 people came in one car (i assume it's another car getting transported), and one of them drove my car back to the truck. i was fine with this, but i guess that meant i didn't get to see them load it on the truck. anyway, the owner of A Class Carriers, Terry, came on this particular pickup himself, with one of his co-workers. they were both very friendly and i felt comfortable letting my car go with them. received one day before estimated date. car looks good, as far as i'm concerned, same way i left it, minus expected dirt/dust. a quick wash took care of that. but i guess i'm not as nitpicky as some other people might be. this was the first time i transported my 00'Integra, and i was very antsy about having any transport company ship it. after reading some of the reviews, i wonder if i just "got lucky" with a good carrier and excellent drivers, otherwise i would no doubt go with SMS and A Class Carriers again.
