Specialty handled the transport of my car from Los Angeles to Syracuse. Within 24 hours of placing my order, I was given a date and pick-up time. The night before the pick-up, the driver of the truck called me and asked if he could pick-up the car 30 minutes early. He arrived the next day within 5 mins of the scheduled time. The car was picked up on Thursday and delivered to my daughter in Syracuse the following Monday, in perfect condition (Well, at least the same condition it was in when it left). The driver called her several times to update her and to arrange delevery. I could not have asked for a more courtious, helpful, and professional job. While the price was higher than most of their competitors by about 10%. it was worth it.
