Look - unless you install a remote GPS tracking device in your car, the hyper-obsessive paranoid will need to be patient. These guys do what they say they do! After my car was picked up I waited 5 days, and called SMS to check on the progress. Deniseah promptly contacted the sub-contractor (Pioneer) and emailed me the good news that it would take another 3-4 days. I had a rent-a-car which needed to be returned by Friday - 8PM sharp. Thursday Pioneer called me to inform me that the car would be there the next day. In seconds he found the location of the car rental place on the Internet and agreed to make it the new drop-off point. At 18:30 next day I got the call from Pioneer that they would be at the car rental place in 1HR. I said - so will I! Amazingly, at 19:50 I pulled up into the gas station to top off the rental and SHAZAM! - there was the trailer pulling up at the same time w/my car on top! With 10 minutes to spare I returned the rental and met the driver. Very friendly and professional. My new baby-seat was right there in the back seat, and the trunk contained all of the goodies I stuffed in there before pick-up. THANKS EVERYBODY!
