I for one am not for giving negative reviews. But I would like to share my experience. Agreed, that SMS was my first choice due to reviews, and reports from BBB. However, needless to say, I decided to go for another company after 2 weeks of getting nowhere. Understood that they had the usual 1-10 days for pick-up and had called on two occasions between that period to know about when it would be the pick-up date. Dee was very helpful, but I was made to believe that things would go smoothly since they said "it won't be a problem since this is a well traveled route". Well, on the 11th day, the well traveled route became "I don't know when the pick-up date would be". No carrier was assigned and at that point I was getting frustrated.
In the end, they honored the refund of the deposit. So, I guess there is always risk involved despite its rave reviews.
