I had made arrangements with a different auto transport company to pick up my daughters car in Rochester, MI. The arrangements were made on July 12th for the car to be picked up by August 12th. On August 11th the auto transport I originally went with failed to accomplish this. On Thursday morning (Aug. 11th) around 10 am pacific standard time, I called Specialty Mobile Systems and actually asked them "if they could perform". Being that our daughter was leaving Michigan on Friday, we didn't have a choice, we needed her car out of there on Thursday. On that very day, they not only excepted my application, but managed to get a truck to Rochester, MI that same day. By 7 pm central time my daugters car was loaded and heading West. Then to top it off, they not only picked it up on Thursday evening, they delivered one day ahead of time on Tuesday in Portland, OR. And they delivered it right where we set it up.
I was very impressed with the professionalism when I first called Specialy Mobile Systems. They did not hesitate one bit on what I asked. If I ever needed to move another car, they would be the first call. Thank you Specialty Mobile Systems for a job well done!
