Specialty explained the issues of delivering to CA whith some of the highest diesel in the country but they got the job done.Ken picked up our Envoy early on a Friday. Because of overhanging trees he couldn't get into our subdivision so I met him at a nearby elementary school. I appreciated his caution and thoughtfulness. Tuesday Dee called and said he had a mechanical breakdown and would be a day or so later than projected. He called by Daughter the next morning in LA and scheduled the drop off. He explained his repair went faster than anticipated. Dee tracked the trip and called me every other day. I liked their communication and would use them again.
